The San Joaquin County Workforce Development Board Program Year 2025-2028 Local Plan is posted for 30 days (February 21, 2025 to March 22, 2025) for public comment. These comments will be reviewed and appended to the Plan. SJCWDB staff, at their discretion, may modify the Plan in response to the comments. The Local Modification and its comments will be submitted to the State by April 27, 2025.

Regional Plan - DRAFT
The San Joaquin Valley and Associated Counties Regional Planning Unit Program Year 2025-2028 Regional Plan is posted for 30 days (March 5, 2025 to April 4, 2025) for public comment. All comments will receive a response and copies of comments and related responses will be forwarded to the State as a part of the review process. The Regional Plan and its comments will be submitted to the State by April 25, 2025. Comments should be sent to sjvac@stanworkforce.com

2022 WIOA Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU)
The WIOA requires that a MOU be developed and executed between the AJCC partners to establish an agreement concerning the operations of the AJCC delivery system. The purpose of the MOU is to establish a cooperative working relationship between the parties and to define their respective roles and responsibilities in achieving the policy objectives. The MOU also serves to establish the framework for providing services to employers, employees, job seekers and others needing workforce services.
